We actively monitor sending patterns and will immediately terminate accounts found to be sending unsolicited bulk email. Abuse reports can be submitted to our abuse contact.
For customers subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), NGX Web Solutions acts as a data processor with respect to personal data contained in email messages transmitted through our platform. We process such data solely on your instructions (delivery of email) and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. We may disclose account information or message metadata to law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process. We will notify affected customers of such requests when legally permitted. We do not disclose data in response to informal requests without legal process.
