1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, organization, and phone number. We also collect technical data related to your use of our email sending services, including sending domain names, message logs, and IP addresses used to connect to our SMTP infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our email infrastructure services
  • Process and deliver email messages you send through our platform
  • Monitor deliverability, detect abuse, and enforce our acceptable use policy
  • Send service-related notifications, such as billing and security alerts
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries
3. Email Message Content

We process email messages solely for the purpose of delivery. We do not read, sell, or analyze the content of emails you send through our platform for marketing or advertising purposes. Message logs (sender, recipient, status, timestamps) are retained for deliverability monitoring and are accessible to you in the customer portal.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Vendors who help us operate our infrastructure (hosting, monitoring) under data processing agreements
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Abuse prevention: With email industry bodies (e.g., abuse reporting networks) to prevent spam and protect email recipients
5. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 90 days following account closure. Email delivery logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically purged. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to rotate SMTP credentials regularly.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by logging into the customer portal or contacting us at support. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication in the customer portal. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
